This means that you can see your patients' complete glycaemic picture to have more informed virtual and in-person treatment conversations. Patients can scan to fill in up to 8 hours of missing data, so your patients’ glucose history is complete.

Prescribing guidance

For all adults with T1DM and selected adults with T2DM on MDI

NICE guidelines support the use of the FreeStyle Libre 2 system in all adults aged 18 and over with Type 1 diabetes13 and selected adults with Type 2 diabetes who take insulin.14

For patients without a compatible smartphone
