Patients start their Libre 3 Plus or Libre 2 Plus sensor with the Omnipod 5 App2, connecting the sensor to the Omnipod 5 System—so it is ready to begin automated insulin delivery3.

Connected care with Libre 3 Plus or Libre 2 Plus sensor
Using the Omnipod 5 System with the Libre 3 Plus or Libre 2 Plus sensor, patients can share4 glucose data with family, friends, and caregivers using the LibreLinkUp app.§
Caregivers can set and receive glucose alarms4,5 and notifications¤ in the LibreLinkUp app.

The Libre 3 Plus sensor is our most advanced and discreet 15-day continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensor, delivering minute-to-minute glucose readings from the world's smallest sensor.6,7
Libre 2 Plus sensor
#1 CGM worldwide8: our first 15-day sensor — the latest innovation for the FreeStyle Libre 2 system.
Note: Sensor is water-resistant in up to 1 meter (3 feet) of water. Do not immerse longer than 30 minutes. The Pod has an IP28 rating for up to 7.6 meters (25 feet) for 60 minutes. The Omnipod 5 Controller is not waterproof.
