How it works

A convenient experience1 for your patients

  • Single app set-up with the Omnipod 5 System

Patients start their Libre 3 Plus or Libre 2 Plus sensor with the Omnipod 5 App2, connecting the sensor to the Omnipod 5 System—so it is ready to begin automated insulin delivery3.

  • Connected care with Libre 3 Plus or Libre 2 Plus sensor

Using the Omnipod 5 System with the Libre 3 Plus or Libre 2 Plus sensor, patients can share4 glucose data with family, friends, and caregivers using the LibreLinkUp app.§

Caregivers can set and receive glucose alarms4,5 and notifications¤ in the LibreLinkUp app.
