By the end of the session, you will:

  • Understand how Time in Range (TIR) compliments and relates to HbA1c
  • Be familiar with the glucose metrics and targets and how these are reported in the Freestyle Libre systems
  • Understand how to identify glucose patterns and trends when having patient consultations

LibreView Session 3

Case Studies

By the end of this session you will:·

  • Know how to access individual patient glucose reports through the LibreView platform
  • Have had the opportunity to discuss individual case studies and share best practice with other HCP colleagues
  • Gain a deeper insight and practice in structuring your patient consultation utilising the 5 step approach

LibreView Session 2

Interpretation of AGP & Libreview reports

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Understand the anatomy of the AGP report
  • Be more confident in holding effective and supportive discussions with your patients
  • Have a platform and structure which can support collaborative goal setting that focuses on improving individual outcomes
     

Maximising the use of the FreeStyle Libre 2 system in the community

Session 2

This 1-hour session will provide you with a basic understanding of:

  • What information the FreeStyle Libre 2 system give your patients
  • How to review the different information screens and reports
  • When to seek further advice from the GP or specialist HCP
