The FreeStyle LibreLink app has been deleted to use the FreeStyle Libre 3 app on a sensor that isn’t compatible. How can glucose information be recovered from the apps deleted?

With a LibreView account, all historical glucose information is automatically stored and available to view and download anytime from LibreView.com. Your patient can reinstall the apps, sign in with a LibreView account, and start a new compatible sensor; however the historical glucose information will not be transferred into the reinstalled apps.
