How many alarms does the FreeStyle Libre 2 system have?
The FreeStyle Libre 2 system has three optional alarms:
• Low Glucose Alarm - an alarm will notify patients when the glucose falls below a level they set
• High Glucose Alarm - an alarm will notify patients when the glucose rises above a level they set
• Signal Loss Alarm - an alarm will notify patients when the glucose alarms they set are not available because their Sensor has lost communication with the Reader or app for 20 minutes
