Can the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader and the FreeStyle LibreLink app be used interchangeably to scan for glucose readings?
Like with the FreeStyle Libre system, patient can use both the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader and the FreeStyle LibreLink phone app to scan for glucose readings. However, if patients start the Sensor with the app, then they cannot use the Reader to scan for glucose readings. Patients must start the Sensor with the Reader to use both devices for glucose readings.
