Does the signal loss alarm get logged as an event for Customer Service troubleshooting?
No, signal loss does not get logged. However, if communication issues between the Sensor and the Reader persist, events (indicated by an event code number which will direct Customer Service to do a Reader test with the customer) will appear in the event log. Performing a Reader test will also log an event.
