How will your patient know if the reader loses connectivity?
After 5 minutes of lost connectivity, a slash will appear across the signal loss status icon on the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader. This icon indicates that the Sensor is not communicating with the Reader. If the Signal Loss alarm is turned ON, then after 20 minutes of lost connectivity, the signal loss alarm will present, along with sound and/or vibration based on the Reader settings.
