When in range, the FreeStyle Libre 2 system automatically communicates to give you Low and High Glucose Alarms if they are turned on. The Low Glucose Alarm notifies your patiens if their glucose drops below the level they set. The alarm does not include the glucose reading, so they need to scan their Sensor to check their glucose. The High Glucose Alarm notifies users if their glucose rises above the level they set. The alarm does not include the glucose reading, so users need to scan their Sensor to check their glucose reading.
