Once my patients update the LibreLink◊ app to use with the Libre 2 sensor, can they go back to the previous version of the app?

No. Once your patients have updated their LibreLink App to the latest version available in the app store, they cannot downgrade to older versions of the app. However, they can still scan their Libre 2 sensor at any time with the LibreLink app to receive a glucose reading.

◊ The LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check our website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Use of the LibreLink app may require registration with LibreView.
