If your patients are running Android 12 or above on their mobile devices and update their LibreLink^◊ app to version 2.10.1 or higher, your patients will need to press the “Allow” option to turn ON the Nearby Devices permission when prompted.

This will ensure that their mobile device can communicate with their sensor and deliver any alarm notifications for alarms^¤ that they have turned ON in the app.

◊ The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check our website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Use of the FreeStyle LibreLink app may require registration with LibreView.

¤ Notifications will only be received when alarms are turned on and the sensor is within 20 feet unobstructed of the reading
