A signal loss alarm^{^} notifies users when the Libre 3 Sensors* have not communicated with the Libre 3 app^◊◊ for 20 minutes. Signal loss could be caused by the Sensor being too far away from the user's smartphone (over 33ft), Bluetooth is turned off, or another issue such as an error or problem with the Sensor.

* FreeStyle Libre 3 sensors refer to FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor and FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor.

^ Notifications will only be received when alarms are turned on and the sensor is within 33ft unobstructed of the reading device.
