If your patient has a LibreView^₼ account, all their historical glucose information is automatically stored and available to view and download anytime from LibreView.com. They can reinstall the Libe 3 app, sign in with their LibreView account, and start a new compatible sensor; however, their historical glucose information will not be transferred into the reinstalled Libre 3 app.
