I’m having issues with my FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor but I’m not sure if I have the FreeStyle Libre 3
sensor or the FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor. What can I get as a warranty exchange?

We are happy to replace your sensor with the one that you had once we confirm whether you have the Libre 3 or Libre 3 Plus sensor.

If you do not know which sensor you have, the questions below can be used to help identify which sensor you are prescribed:

• Do you still have the outer carton?
• Do you have access to your sensor prescription?
• Is the sensor being worn by someone under the age of 4 years?
• Is the sensor being used with an AID system?
• Do you typically replace your sensor every 15 days or 14 days?
• Do you use the Libre 3 app? If you are able, can you count how many progress bars are on the bottom of your app? There should be 14 bars for the Libre 3 and 15 bars for the Libre 3 Plus
