If your patients are running Android 12 or above on their mobile devices and update their FreeStyle LibreLink^◊ app to version 2.10.1, your patients will need to press the “Allow” option to turn ON the Nearby Devices permission when prompted.

This will ensure that their mobile device can communicate with their sensor and deliver any alarm notifications for alarms^¤ that they have turned ON in the app.
