Will my patients need to have administrator privileges on my computer to use LibreView?
You will need to be logged in as the local administrator on the computer you'll be using to install the LibreView Device Drivers. The drivers allow LibreView to upload glucose data from a USB device. Domain or network administrative user roles may not be sufficient. If you are working as part of a larger healthcare organisation, you may need to contact your IT team for assistance. Once you have successfully installed the LibreView Device Drivers, you will not need special privileges to run it.
Note:
It is always recommended to restart your computer after installing or updating the device drivers. You will also need local administrative rights when updating the drivers.
