What are Practice Records?

 

Practice Records allow you to create customised fields for you and your care team members to record additional patient information that might be pertinent to your office requirements or needs. Practice Records are tied to the practice that you, any care team members and the patient are associated with.
Note: Only administrators have the ability to add/remove Practice Records. Practice Records may not be available in your country/region.
