My patients received a Please Wait message after their sensor warmup time has completed, what does this mean and what should they do?
If your patients receive a Please Wait message, this means that the App is waiting to receive the first glucose reading from the Sensor. This usually takes less than 60 seconds. Your patients should tap the OK button and they will receive their first glucose reading in 60 seconds or less.
