My patients are using the FreeStyle Libre 2 system and received a Signal Loss message, what does this mean and what should they do?

When your patients receive a Signal Loss message, this means that the Sensor has not automatically communicated with the App in the last 5 minutes.

Your patients should make sure their phone is within 6 meters (20ft) of the Sensor. They should try scanning the Sensor to get a glucose reading. Then try turning Bluetooth OFF then ON again. If that doesn’t work, they should try turning their phone OFF and ON again. If Signal Loss message shows again, they should contact customer service.
