My patients phones are running an operating system lower than the minimum system requirements listed on the Compatibility Guide. Do they need to update their OS to continue using the current version of the FreeStyle LibreLink app installed on their phones?
Your patients can continue using the current version installed on their phone. However, your patients cannot update to version 2.10.2 of the FreeStyle LibreLink◊ app if their phones OS does not meet the minimum system requirements listed in our Compatibility Guide.
◊ The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check our website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Use of the FreeStyle LibreLink app may require registration with LibreView.
