In the Apple App Store, My patients see there is an update to the FreeStyle LibreLink app version 2.10. When they tap update, a message appears to update their operating system, however when they tap OK, nothing happens. What should they do?

When trying to update to FreeStyle LibreLink app v2.10.2, if your patients iPhones Operating System is not compatible with the minimum iOS required, a message will appear instructing your patients to update their iOS. If they tap OK, the message will disappear, and they will remain in the App Store. Your patients will need to navigate to their iPhone Settings to manually update their phones operating system. They should follow the steps below to update their iOS:
• Tap Settings
• Tap General
• Tap Software Update
• Tap Automatic Updates
• Toggle Download iOS updates to ON
• Select the iOS version listed
• Tap Install Now
