What is the Android API 33 (Android 13) update and which Android users does it impact?

Android API 33 is Google’s latest target API requirement for all apps displayed in the Google Play Store. API 33 requires Android OS 13 or above users to proactively Allow a Notification permission for new users who download the FreeStyle LibreLink app.◊
