My patients updated the FreeStyle LibreLink^◊ app but did not see real-time glucose readings with the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor they are currently using, why is that?

Your patients will not see real-time glucose readings until they start a new FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor after updating their FreeStyle LibreLink^◊ app to version 2.10.1 or higher.

◊ The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check our website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Use of the FreeStyle LibreLink app may require registration with LibreView.
