Does the insulin calculator work with any type of insulin?
No, the insulin calculator can assist your patients with calculating rapid-acting (meal-time or short-acting) insulin doses only. The insulin calculator must be set up by a healthcare professional.
The calculator is only for use with finger prick blood glucose results from the built-in meter. Your patients can't use the insulin calculator with sensor glucose readingg.
