After scanning NovoPen with the FreeStyle LibreLink app, the app takes a while to process my scan. Why is that?
The LibreLink app1 may take up to several minutes to process the scan when you have large quantity of insulin doses logged on your smartpen.2 Please allow the app to finish processing the scan before navigating to a different screen in your app.
1. The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check the website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Sharing of glucose data requires registration with LibreView.
2. Only compatible with NovoPen 6 or NovoPen Echo Plus.
