For iPhone users: 

1. Tap the scan button. Your iPhone will display a "Ready to Scan" dialog indicating
you can now scan your NovoPen to transfer your insulin doses. 
2. Hold your NovoPen against the top of your phone until the scan is complete.   
3. Do not move your phone or NovoPen until you hear a tone and/or feel a vibration. This completes the scan. 

For Android phone users: 

1. Open the App

¹ and hold your NovoPen flat against the back of your phone.
2. Hold the pen steady until the scan is complete.  
3. Do not move your phone or NovoPen until you hear a tone and/or feel a
vibration. This completes the scan.
4. If I have only one NovoPen (i.e. for basal insulin), can I still add notes concerning
my rapid insulin injection?

1. The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check the website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Sharing of glucose data requires registration with LibreView.
