My patients would like to customize the name of my NovoPen in the app, how can they do this?
They can customise the name of your NovoPen by following the steps below:
• Tap the FreeStyle LibreLink Settings Menu
• Tap Insulin Pens
• Tap on the gear icon next to the current pen name
• Tap Name and enter the new name for your insulin pen
• Tap Save
• The new name will be displayed in the app
