Patients are uploading a large amount of pen data and the FreeStyle LibreLink app freezes, what should they do?
If the app freezes after scanning your smartpen,1 please allow the app to finish processing the scan before navigating to another screen or closing the app. We recommend scanning your smartpen1 with the LibreLink app2 frequently to transfer your insulin doses, which will speed up the time it takes to process future scans.
1. Only compatible with NovoPen 6 or NovoPen Echo Plus.
2. The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check the website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Sharing of glucose data requires registration with LibreView.
