Why do you suggest FreeStyle Libre users do a blood glucose test sometimes?
At certain times, interstitial glucose levels, as measured by the Sensor* and reported as current, may not accurately reflect blood glucose levels. A finger prick test using a blood glucose meter is required when readings and alarms do not match symptoms or expectations.
* Sensor refers to the FreeStyle Libre 2, FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus, or FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor
