Can the FreeStyle LibreLink app replace the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader?
Yes. The LibreLink app1 was developed using the same technology that is in the Libre 2 reader for receiving and processing glucose data, so it can also be used for routine glucose monitoring. The LibreLink app can be used instead of or in combination with the Libre 2 reader.
