If your patients receive an App Permission message asking them to enable Bluetooth, they will need to turn ON Bluetooth access for the FreeStyle LibreLink^◊ app.

• iOS: Go to phone settings, select the FreeStyle LibreLink app and enable Bluetooth
• Android: Go to phone settings select Apps> FreeStyle LibreLink> Permissions> Nearby Devices> Allow.
