How do my patients acknowledge an Alarm¤ notification?
Tapping on the push notification will open the app and take your patients to the Home Screen where they can view the current glucose value. Viewing the glucose value in the app will dismiss/acknowledge the glucose alarm.
¤ Notifications will only be received when alarms are turned on and the sensor is within 6 meters unobstructed of the reading device.
