LibreLinkUp¹ is a companion app to the LibreLink app,² which allows glucose readings to be automatically shared with your patients caregivers in near real-time. Both your patients and their caregiver must have a network connection to share and receive glucose readings. To add a LibreLinkUp app connection through the LibreLink app, your patients can simply tap Connected Apps in the main menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
