To receive notifications from connections, the LibreLinkUp app user will need to check that they have a compatible phone, that they and their connection have a wi-fi connection, that their connection's notifications are turned on in phone settings, that neither phone is on 'Airplane' or 'Do Not Disturb' mode, that LibreLinkUp app notifications are enable in their phone's settings and that their connection is successfully connected to and scanning a FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor.
