Patients received a Signal Loss Alarm

If your patient receives the signal loss alarm, they should follow these steps to reconnect their sensor:

  1. Keep their smartphone in range 20 feet of them, unobstructed
  2. Scan the sensor
  3. Try turning Bluetooth OFF then ON again
  4. Try turning your phone OFF then ON again

If the Signal Loss Alarm persists after following these steps, please ask your patient to complete our Online Sensor Support Form or get in touch.
