The Sensor is too hot or too cold. Move to a location where the temperature is appropriate and scan again in a few minutes.

If your patient is still seeing the error after following these steps, the sensor will need to be replaced.

    Please ask your patient to complete our Online Sensor Support Form or get in touch to request a replacement sensor.
