Error message: New Sensor Starting Up

Sensor is not ready to read glucose. Wait until the 60-minute Sensor start-up period has completed.

If you are still seeing the error after following these steps, the sensor will need to be replaced.

Please ask your patient to complete our Online Sensor Support Form or get in touch to request a replacement sensor.
