App compatibility

If your patient has a compatible smartphone, they can benefit from real-time glucose readings¹ sent directly to the FreeStyle LibreLink app.²

Read the FreeStyle LibreLink compatibility guide to check if their device is compatible.

If your patient does not have a compatible smartphone, they will need a FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader to use their FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor.

You can order FreeStyle Libre 2 Readers when you order the patient starter kit for your practice.

1. The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check the website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Use of FreeStyle LibreLink may require registration with LibreView.

2. Glucose readings are automatically displayed in the app only when the smartphone and sensor are connected and in range.
